How do I start using my WAO Mifi?
First, you need to
have or purchase a Mifi Device and set the APN in the Mifi device to
“ltebbd.vodafone.vu” then check if you are in area covered with 4G or 3G
network. Note that you will have a better experience of WAO Data with a 4G
network then a 3G network.
How many WAO Mifi Packs are available?
Vodafone is proposing
4 WAO Mifi Plans. There is a 3 Months Packs, 2 25 Days Pack and a 25 Nights
Packs.
How to subscribe to an WAO Mifi pack?
WAO Mifi packs are
available for Vodafone Prepaid Customers only. You need to have or purchase a
Mifi Device to benefits from the WAO Mifi Offers. To subscribe simply send the
“key word” to 183 via the SMS application in the Mifi’s Web Portal, Mifi’s
Dedicated Application or a Smartphone using the Mifi’s SIM.
What happens if my pack is going to expire and I did not use my entire allocated Volume of Data?
Once you reach the
expire date, you will lose your unused Volume of Data. But you can get your
Data Rollover to avoid losing it.
What is Rollover?
Rollover is a feature
that allows you to recover your unused data from your WAO Mifi pack into your
new WAO Mifi pack subscription, only if you subscribe to the same pack.
Ex: On the 1st
January you subscribe to 3,000VT plan and get 18GB for 25 days. On the 23rd
January your remaining Data balance is 2GB and you perform another subscription
of the same pack of 3,000VT. You now have 18GB+2GB valid 25 Days starting from
the 23rd of January.
